I work as a freelance photographer, writer and artist. My base is in Troms, Nothern Norway. I do personal work related to human and nature, and the link between us.

 

Just like nature, my camera has been someone I could share both the heavy and the beautiful moments with. It is a tool that  help me navigate through the chaos I often experienced inside. My camera give me the opportunity to see the world from a different perspective, and also to observe and get a better understanding of my own thoughts, feelings and actions. It teaches me to stay more present. Not only in the moment, but also within myself.

 

Through photography and writing, I document my life in a raw and honest way. I find it important to share work about mental health. We need more knowledge and openness, and less shame. I wish to tell my story and contribute to this dialog.
